This policy explains what information eBizlogix ("we", "us") collects through ebizlogix.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. Software we build or operate for clients is governed by the agreement with each client.

Information we collect

• What you send us. When you use the contact form, email us, or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you provide: your name, email address, company, and the content of your message.
• Technical information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. The contact form also records the IP address a message was sent from, to help us stop abuse.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss the work you are asking about.
• To keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse.
• To meet legal obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask to hear from us.

Services we rely on

• Hosting and email. The website and our mailboxes are run by our hosting provider, which processes the data described above on our behalf.
• Google Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which includes your IP address.
• Fillout. The careers link opens an application form hosted by Fillout. Information you submit there is handled under Fillout's own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our dealings with you, and delete them when they are no longer needed. Server logs are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@ebizlogix.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
